Hi, I’m an internal communication specialist with over 20 years’ experience of engaging employees to help businesses achieve their goals, also known as The Comms Smith.

My passion is using strategic internal communication to help make work a great a place to be. A place with a clear purpose, that’s inclusive, innovative, respectful and rewarding. The sort of place you don’t want to leave, one you’d recommend to a friend.

I use my internal communication expertise to help organisations build cultures where teams are engaged in purpose, and trust in the values. They not only understand the strategy and what it means to them, but they believe in it, too.
